- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager) : Any Graduate, Local Language Knowledge.
- Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer) : Any Bachelor Degree with 50% Marks and 02 Years Experience.
- Officer Scale-II (IT) : Bachelor Degree in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology with 50% Marks and relevant experience.
- Officer Scale-II (CA) : CA from ICAI India with relevant experience.
- Officer Scale-II (Law) : LLB Degree with required marks and experience.
- Officer Scale-II (Marketing) : MBA in Marketing with required experience.
- Officer Scale-II (Agriculture) : Bachelor Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Veterinary / Animal Science and related disciplines.
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager) : Bachelor Degree with required marks and experience.
